Individual shirts and products are refundable within 30 days less shipping and handling fees. Buyer pays return postage. Please note: Bulk Orders, Trees of Love/Trees of Life, as well as Corporate Carbon Credits are Non-Refundable due to their customized nature. Returned items must be in good condition in the original packaging. Please call (330) 495-7195 for a return authorization to expedite your refund.
Orders are fulfilled upon receipt of payment. Some orders may take longer to fill due to customization. We offer ground based services from USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping is calculated via Google Checkout. Expect to receive your order in 2 to 4 weeks.
